Proofings Coated Fabrics (PCF) LTD is a highly technical and innovative company engaged in the manufacture of elastomeric coated textiles to ISO 9001 standard for the UK and export markets.

The original company dates from the 1930s when it was founded in Middleton near Manchester and was subsequently moved to its current location in Littleborough in 1974. The company was owned by a number of larger public companies from 1974 until 1986 when it was taken back into private hands by John and Christine Malcolm. The company is currently owned and managed by Mark Jones and Claire Serafain.
