ACR is an engineering/weld/machine shop company owned and operated by engineers specializing in standard OHM repairs and ACR developed repairs as well as reclamation repairs.
At Aircraft Engine Specialists, we take pride in our engine overhauls. We start by installing more new parts than is manufacturer recommended to make sure your engine is in like new condition. We meet factory new engine specifications and comply with all Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins.
Over the last year AEI has put extensive work into R&D and allocated significant amounts of capitol to expanding our product line. From our new Rotax T2 pusher and the T2XQ with a full length muffler and tailpipe for maximum DB reduction; to the standard PVC kits that is as simple as following the step by step instructions with pictures. With a properly assembled PVC system using equal length primaries and a collector you can see an average of 12-15 HP on an O-360 when replacing a standard muffler system with a correctly done kit.

Aircraft Specialties Services is both an FAA Approved (DD2R764K) and EASA Accepted (EASA.145.6513) 145 Repair Station specializing in reconditioning and machining crankshafts, camshafts, tappet bodies, connecting rods and other steel parts. We supply new and used aircraft parts to aircraft owners, mechanics, FBO’s and engine shops through our retail outlets. New PMA approved parts are manufactured for certain engine models.
