The airport offers a group of nine outstanding developable tracts of land with the potential to be developed in their entirety or subdivided into distinct parcels to suit individual aeronautical & non-aeronautical tenant needs.

LAL is ideally located in the center of one of the most dynamic growth corridors in the Southeast. Situated in the heart of Florida along the I-4 corridor LAL is midway between Tampa and Orlando, with easy access to I-4 via the Polk Parkway. It is situated on over 1700 acres and has over 1 million square feet of leasable space. Over the past 5 years alone more than 100 million dollars has been invested into infrastructure at LAL including a new Air Traffic Control Tower, ARFF Station, Taxiways, Ramps, and Runway Rehabilitation.

An MRO expansion project is currently under way at Kaunas Airport which will increase the current number of 5 maintenance facilities to 15. Lithuanian Airports offer ready-made infrastructure, labour availability, and aviation engineering graduate pool with potential.

Mobile County and Baldwin County are strategically located along the I-10 Gulf Coast Aerospace/Aviation Corridor, in Alabama. The region is home to many large aerospace manufacturing and assembly operations like Airbus's U.S. Final Assembly Line, Collins Aerospace, MAAS Aviation, and Safran. The Mobile region has a rich history in MRO with companies such as Continental Motors, VT MAE, Collins, Segers Aerospace, REEL USA, AeroStar, and CAS having MRO operations in the area.

The Airport also houses two full service FBO's, a large flight school, and numerous other aviation tenants providing a broad spectrum of aviation services. We are located 5 miles south of downtown Roswell, situated on over 4,000 acres. We lease out over 1.6 million square feet of hangar/warehouse/office space to a variety of aerospace tenants. We are highly regarded to have a high degree of technical merit for aerospace research and development activities. When you combine these great technical merits with an on-site FAA part 147 school, we have the ability to create your future workforce.
