H-T-P, Inc. was founded in January 1995 and is a certified Woman Business Enterprise and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise. We are proud of being pre-qualified prime design professionals by the Chicago Public Schools METRA Rail, Chicago Department of Aviation, O’Hare Modernization Program, and Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority. The principals and directors of H-T-P, Inc have over a century and a half of combined direct hands-on experience in all facets of construction process, from preliminary schematic concepts through project commissioning and start-up in the U.S., Europe, Middle East, and Asia.
