Our chemical analysis department is staffed by technicians with many years of experience in alloy identification. AADFW is pleased to inform our clients that we have a new chemical analysis machine! This new machine uses state-of-the-art technology, and will offer expanded alloy identification.

We have Professional Engineers, Certified Weld Inspectors, and an experienced technical staff to meet all your mechanical testing needs. AADFW, Inc. has extensive experience in a wide array of mechanical testing ranging from tensile tests to forging and casting prototype evaluation.

AADFW's metallography department is second to none. Our experienced team of metallographers is ready to handle all your metallurgical needs. From alpha case to zinc plating, AADFW can handle it all. Our metallographers are also very knowledgeable in the fastener testing arena. We have many common specs in house, but can test per any specification you require.

Our two Certified Weld Inspectors are well versed in AWS, MIL-STD, and most other welding specifications. We can perform tensile and bend testing, macro- and micro-examinations, and are ready to speak with you concerning your weld testing needs!
