Cal Pacific Airmotive, Inc.

Cal-Pacific Airmotive, Inc. is located on the Salinas Municipal Airport in Salinas, Californian U.S.A.  We are 8 miles inland from the scenic Monterey Bay on the California central coast line. 

Art is the son of a Kansas Barnstorming pilot who gave him the passion for flying.  He earned his private and commercial pilot license and instrument rating at a young age.  Art also holds an Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License and an Inspection Authorization (IA) License.

Art & Fran Teeters began their aviation business in Colorado, and later moved to Salinas and established Cal-Pacific Airmotive, Inc. as a FAA Certified Repair Station in 1976. Our facilty consists of 20,000 square feet of hangar space and a paint booth.

Over the years the business has grown to include North American P-51 restorations.  We have developed processes and techniques for the fabrication of the P-51 and the TF-51 airframe.
