AvCap’s co-founders are Jaime Infante and David Rentschler who were the senior managers of the Aircraft Leasing Group at American Express Bank Ltd., (AEB) from 1979 to 1996. At American Express Bank Ltd, they financed, leased, sold and traded commercial aircraft worth more than U.S. $1 billion. 

At Avcap, they have acted as advisors on the sale and purchase of over 100 commercial aircraft for various insitutional clients.

They have accumulated over 60 years of experience in the aircraft marketplace, completing the acquisition, disposition, delivery and repossession of commercial aircraft in the United States, Europe, South America and Asia.

AvCap’s principals have developed global  relationships with  banks, operating lessors,  finance companies and private investors.
